Wordpress: Creating a Product Selection Wizard

Hi there,

I'm building a website for my new company and I want to provide the user with a product selection process that will help narrow down his/her needs.

What I have in mind is something similar to the "help me choose" functionality on this website (button positioned on the left):

http://www.virginmedia.com/shop.html?buspart=Portal_HP_c_topnav_1_1

Is there a plugin that could help me achieve that result? If not, would I need to build a plugin or use wp_query and hooks?

I'm still getting the hang of developing with wordpress so I would really appreciate any help!

Thank you.

Cool, sounds fun!

If I were you I would instantly start getting familiar with WooCommerce. There are many, many plugins in their ecosystem that do exactly what you're wanting. You'll just have to spend some time reviewing their demos and documentation to see which one does what you're wanting. You may need to do some style customization but they'll give you the functionality you want.
