(Windows: Gradle) How to put path JAVA_Home

I get this warning from terminal: ERROR: JAVA_HOME is not set and no 'java' command could be found in your PATH.

It doesnt work with these commands:

/.gradlew - this isnt work because it is for MAC gradle.bat

gradle.bat dependencies

gradle.bat dependencies :dependencies

Does anyone know how to set JAVA_HOME in windows version? I am using IntelliJ 2019.3
