3,715 PointsWhich e-commerce plug-in should I use for my WordPress site?
Hi Everyone!
I have a WordPress site, and am loving the experience of exploring its potential with Treehouse. Pretty soon I want to start selling coaching services, online courses and ebooks from my site.
Do you think I should use WooCommerce to do this, or would Easy Digital Downloads be a better option? If you're kind enough to answer I'd also appreciate hearing the reasons for your choice.
Thanks in advance for your help.

78,399 PointsThere are many feature comparison charts out there like this one:
http://wpscoop.com/comparisons/wordpress-ecommerce-plugins-comparison/woocommerce-vs-easy-digital-downloads-comparison/
However, the best answer is that it depends on:
a.) What eCommerce features are you looking at (or needing) to implement.
b.) Which one has the learning curve you can most easily handle (or are willing to deal with)
Bottom line:
Something that has boatloads of features is useless if you have too much trouble trying to get it to work the way you want..
There are, of course, many other eCommerce packages
besides the two you are focused on.
