cannot run the android emulator, it say you need to enable the VT-X in bios. How to solve this problem? thank you

Keep in mind you need to be running on an Intel and not an AMD CPU.

3,794 PointsAMD does have virtualization, but not all models have it. Mine is sadly one of the ones that does not.

56,413 PointsAMD does have it's own virtualization but it's somewhat different than Intel's. Unfortunately the HAXM accelerator was written to only work with Intel's.
