I don't understand this challenge
import datetime
import pytz
starter = pytz.utc.localize(datetime.datetime(2015, 10, 21, 23, 29))
to_timezone = datetime.timezone(2015, 10, 21, 23, 29, tzinfo=None)
starter.astimezone(to_timezone)

Treehouse TeacherHi, Aizah!
First, the challenge asks you to create a function, so to_timezone
should be a function, not a variable. Next, it says the function will receive a timezone as a string as an argument, so the function should have one argument. Then it says to use the given timezone that is being passed in to convert starter
to this timezone using pytz
.
def to_timezone(tz_string):
tz = pytz.timezone(tz_string)
return starter.astimezone(tz)
