Thumbnailed Image not appearing in Theme Area

TreeHouse portfolio theme has been installed and activated yet the thumbnail appears broken in the theme area. Why and how to fix?

check if your theme folder contains a file called: screenshot.png

It does. It is the exact same file as from the teacher's zip file.
