the button and the text position is not moving when i change the position in android studio ?!!

i am trying to adjust the position of the text and the button but it is not moving in the emulator even if i change it from the design window ?!

have you tried readjusting the constraints? assuming you have the latest version installed, you can display the blue print version of the layout and re-arrange the views via editing the alignment, or you can simply remove the view and add a new one. sometimes i get lucky and just simply restart the application.

yep the text is moving on both screens the white and the blue but when you press run for the project they all become stacked above each other on the same spot !!! i do not know if it is a Linux bug or it is just an option in the program !
