so...validation didn't go so well for me =(

went through the code line by line looking for something different than what was taught in the video. My code is exactly the same but for some reason my Validation did not come out as clean. I had and error just for this line

<*s*e*c*t*i*o*n>* Stars there just so you can see it.

it was not happy about that last > symbol at the end and i had no idea how to fix it =(

I am having this issue too. Mine has the closing section tag. It says

"Line 27, Column 17: Section lacks heading. Consider using h2-h6 elements to add identifying headings to all sections"

Any ideas?

still haven't figured it out yet. i've got the code exactly as he has it. Only thing I can think of is maybe some formatting is being applied I can't see.

You have to close the tag, if I'm understanding your question correcty you should have open section tag, and a closing section tag.
