Java

should i supplement my treehouse java track with other projects?

i want to know if i need to do other projects on the side while doing the java track

I found that if I only did the Java track, it wasn't quite enough to help me remember things long term. I found that doing some work beyond the regular course was helpful. For one, I tried to periodically go back and repeat the assignments, that helps a little for remembering the solutions.

But it is also very helpful to work on other Java problems besides what are in the course. You might look at a Java textbook, or perhaps a book that has lots of practice interview problems. The website w3resource has some practice problems, as does the book called "Java Coding Problems".
