<!doctype> <html></html>
This is correct, no?

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
<meta charset="UTF-8">
<title>Document</title>
</head>
<body>
</body>
</html>
Hope this helps!

<!DOCTYPE HTML> <html>
</html>
Just type HTML with capital letters.
