Movie Night App - Vote average

Hi,

I am looking at the TMDB API docs and this Movie Night App's requirements.

The Assignment asks: Allow users to choose: minimum # of ratings.

Does that mean the vote_average?

I think that the vote_average is for the rating threshold, the vote_count refers to the number of ratings.
