203 PointsIs it necessary to add m in front of the field variables?
By m I mean the letter m in front of the names of the field variables. I still do not get what do you mean by field variables!!

56,413 PointsField means member variable. The terms are fairly interchangeable in Java. Prefixing them with 'm' isn't really necessary. It's never been a popular practice in Java outside of Android programming. There's actually been a push in recent years to stop doing so outside of the OS proper.
