Initializer and private on class

Hi I have few questions: 1- I don't understand what is override init and super init, what the connection between them and when I need to used them (i usually see then in the Inheritance subject)

2- I don't understand what is private variable (in class for example), why I need to use him and what the connection between him to the underscore ( _ )
