I am having trouble adding simple links to the page. I keep using <a href=< ""> but it not seeming to work .

<li> <a href= "Cakes.html">Cakes</a></li> <li> <a href= "Pies.html">Pies</a></li> <li> <a href= "Candy.html">Candy</a></li>

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>Lists and Links</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <ul>
      <li><a href="Cakes.html">Cakes</a></li>
      <li><a href="pies.html">Pies</a></li>
      <li><a href="Candy.html">Candy</a></li>

    </ul>

  </body>
</html>

You were incredibly close, the only problem is that it is case sensitive and you had used a capital c for cakes.html and candy.html when it should be lower case, like this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <title>Lists and Links</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <ul>
      <li><a href="cakes.html">Cakes</a></li>
      <li><a href="pies.html">Pies</a></li>
      <li><a href="candy.html">Candy</a></li>

    </ul>

  </body>
</html>

Hi, Monique! For this challenge you need the filename to be exact, so remove the capital letters from 'Cakes' and 'Candy' and it should pass. The code you've posted is fine other than that.
