It seems like i don't really have much of an understanding of Jquery (yet) and I'm stuck on this code challenge.
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html lang="en">
<head>
<title>Document</title>
</head>
<body>
<h1 class="profile-header">Student <span>Profile</span></h1>
<script
src="jquery-3.2.1.min.js"></script>
<script src="app.js"></script>
</body>
</html>
$('.profile-header').click(style.display = 'none');

Your first portion, $(.profile-header') is correct. You just have some left-over JavaScript there to delete for the first part of the challenge before adding the .hide() method. You also don't need the .click for this, and to give another hint, jQuery makes things much shorter.
Let me know if you need more help or hints.
