A few things you need to address. First, your method still needs to take self in addition to the grade argument. Then you need to add the grade attribute to the student class within the feedback method. This can be done with: 

self.name = name

You are also missing self in the rest of your code for the method. Remember self is what helps the method know that you are applying code to the current instance of the object. self.grade is the grade for the current instance of the object. self.reassurance() is calling the reassurance method on the current instance of the object.
