27,930 PointsHelp / Guidance moving from Xammp to ServerPress, backing up files, exporting databases etc...
Hi everyone,
before I make a huge blunder thought I would ask a few questions.
I currently run Xammp on windows and have a few sites on there running WordPress installs.
I want to move my development over to ServerPress, I assume I need to back up my sites and databases because on the ServerPress site it says I must remove any current Xammp installs and Xammp itself before installing ServerPress.
Has anyone had to do this before?
My main concern is I am on with a large site and it has lots of widgets in place and I really dont what to have to do all that work again if I can help it....
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
