CSS: ? Icon appears on my preview page after saving?

When in workspace, in CSS, HTML .I want to change teacher photo to mine, I upload it ,rename, enter correct code into index part, save and preview. All that shows up is a question mark icon?

Solution: Resolved I had to diminish the amount of pixels. They were to large.

Trim your photo with photoshop, or gimp, and upload with correct dimension.
