Configure Spring Hibernate with SQL Server 2012

I want to configure a spring boot app to use SQL Server 2012 as the database

hibernate.cfg.cml

<property name="dialect">org.hibernate.dialect.SQLServer2012Dialect</property>

while the app.properties contains
