I am looking for the most relevant starting point to learn how to build a wordpress theme. Currently I have completed "How to install Wordpress on your computer" & "Wordpress admin settings" So I am familiar with the inner workings of wordpress pages and posts. I have started the "PHP Basics course" though is there anything else i should be aware of that would be a great help?

I'm going through the Wordpress Development Track at the moment and I can tell you it's a wonderful curriculum thaty goes through all the customizable aspects of making a Wordpress theme.
