Best offline tool

I have downloaded many tools through the Internet, but unfortunately I did not find one that meet my expectation. I have downloaded Navicat software, but at the end I discovered that this tool used for online database. then I have downloaded Valentina Studio and RazorSQL and others. Now I am confuse and it is hard to test all softwares to find the best one for the beginners like me? so which one of these softwares (Navicat, Valentina, RazorSQL and mySQL) do you recommend?

If you are using a mySQL server then the mySQL Workbench is definitely the best tool to use to access a local mySQL database.

If you are using a different local database then which tool you use will depend upon that database. In almost all cases that a beginner would encounter it would be best to use the tool that comes from the vendor of the database you are using, such as in the case of mySQL Workbench.

For MySQL, phpMyAdmin is pretty great too. It works for offline databases (comes bundled with WAMP and MAMP). This is also what you'll find in cPanel based hosting accounts, which is neat because then you can use the same software for both online and offline environments.

phpMyAdmin is a great tool. I am wondering if it is possible to run phpMyAdmin from Visual Studio Code.

Sequal Pro for Mac is a great tool. It actually came bundled in MAMP for a while.

If you're going to think that hard can your transfer my documents to Linux. You know, before I get there. Does the software even work? Is there a wizard button?
