Additional material to supplement lessons

I'm on the IOS beginner's track and so far I love it but for the past three challenges I've been struggling. Where as in the start I could figure out the problems on my own it seems like around collections and control flow they got noticeably harder. The past three challenges I've felt sort of lost like "when did we learn that" or not really understanding where even to start trying to solve it on my own.

So my question is where can I go to get material that will help me better grasp the concepts he's throwing out there besides the Apple swift doc.

I would check out this guide from Apple. https://developer.apple.com/library/content/documentation/Swift/Conceptual/Swift_Programming_Language/index.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP40014097-CH3-ID0

I posted the same question about two months ago and though the challenges may seem daunting or confusing now it ended up tying up rather nicely after a while. I would say one thing that helped me a-lot was doing a course more than once if i didn't feel comfortable with the challenge. Feel free to message me anytime!
