You made a good start by addressing the class "main-pg". But now you have to tell the browser it's about the border.
And then tell it what you want for that border. You want it to be 4px and red. You don't have to mention "color", just naming the color you want is enough. In this case red. And you could tell the browser you want that border to be solid as well, so it is visible.
