Inside the tutorial, we stored hello() function to a variable called $greeting. I delete the $greeting and echo the function hello() directly, the same result showed up. So why do we need to have the additional variable?
<?php
function hello($name) {
if ($name == 'Mike') {
return "'Mike' Hello";
} else {
return "Hello World";
}
}
echo hello('Mike');
