"You can copy this from your project downloads, and paste this into your child folder." Where's the style.css file?

He jumps off the screen and copies a style.css file from somewhere. Where is that file located? He mentions the "project downloads" folder. Because I installed the theme directly through WordPress, aren't all of these files on the server? To be more direct, exactly where do I find that style.css file to copy into the child folder? Thanks.

It's in the project downloads wp5.3.3-make-a-website-with-wordpress.zip\wp5.3.3 2\style.css
there are only two files in the project dowloads for that video, the style.css and screenshot.png

I eventually figured it out and feel a little dumb now. Everything's working. Thanks for the help anyway.
