X-Code Keeps Running

Hey, so the problem is that in my playgrounds this has happened and its currently in my project as well. The Xcode on the top is constantly saying 'Running Project Title...' and I've opened new projects and playgrounds the problem just persists. Any ideas? I have the latest IOS Sierra and Xcode.

Yes. doesn't solve the problem. I've also tried updating the software and restarting my computer :/
