Xcode 7 is no longer available from Apple

You recommend us to go to the Developers Site and get it, apple doesn't have it anymore for download, and using the files attached here is definitely cumbersome since the latest Xcode is very different from the one in the video, I just paid for a subscription and would like to get started.

Swift is now on version 4.2 and Xcode is on version 10. These lessons are all based on an older version of Swift. While it might require some additional effort, you'll be much better off in the long run using the latest version of Swift and Xcode. It would be great if Treehouse would update their material, but I can also understand why they may not want to do that unless the language changes significantly between version.
