Hello, just checked my code in the Preview section and the inverted colors are being shown, but I'm still getting bummer on my results. Can someone help me on this question.
My code:
.content { color: #f0f0f0; background: #fff; transition-property: color, background; transition-duration: .4s, .4s; }
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
.content {
color: #f0f0f0;
background: #fff;
transition-property: color, background;
transition-duration: .4s, .4s;
}
.invert:checked ~ .content {
color: #fff;
background: #373737;
}

21,689 PointsHi Jason.
I've just looked at the challenge you are so close.
Take care to read questions carefully and give it exactly what its asking for - you need to pay particular attention to the transition-durations you have set. Give it another look.
If your still struggling to see the problem find solution below
/* Complete the challenge by writing CSS below */
.content {
transition-property: color, background;
transition-duration: 0.4s, 0.5s; /* note background duration of 0.5s not 0.4s as you had wrote */
}
.invert:checked ~ .content {
color: #fff;
background: #373737;
}
Hope that helps.
Happy coding

21,689 PointsThe issue was resulting from the question asking for a transition duration of 0.5s for the background property however he had stated a value of 0.4s.
The code he wrote was perfectly valid. The issue was just not correct for the question.

Courses Plus Student 1,562 PointsIm confused so the only thing Jason did wrong was not have 0.4 or because he has the colors and background wrote in the code? Thank you.
