5,259 PointsWorth it to learn Wordpress?
I am mostly concentrating on front-end development, but I think that doing so without also being proficient in Wordpress development would be foolish in this day and age. However, it seems like Wordpress experts are somewhat undervalued. Would it be a wise move to get a grasp on Wordpress, but not let it take up too much of my skill-set? Thoughts?

Courses Plus Student 5,859 PointsDepends really, I don't really like using CMS, but I will most likely end up learning about them as they are a valuable skill to have. I hear if you learn WordPress then there are a bunch of freelancing opportunities to make some quick cash. So if you are interested in making some money asap, then yes I would probably recommend learning WordPress.

19,311 PointsHaving an understanding of how it works and what is involved in making a Wordpress site was a real game changer in my career. It improved my understanding of php, improved my file structure, and helped me strip down my code to be more DRY. Its also great for building apon a powerful CMS, a great time saver.
