work space does not work properly

Hi there, my workspace does not work properly, it is not the same as shown on Video. I can not type anyting.

Please make sure that when using workspaces, that you make the browser window full screen. When you try shrink the browser and make it to small. The workspaces wont allow you to type inside.

right now I'm watching JavaBasic with Craig, and when I open the workspace I can not see what he has set up to users as shown on video. I tied as you said( fulled the screen) did not help.
