The <h1> Once upon a time</h1> after the <html> should not be there. You have already stated the title under the <head> and if you want to write it on the website, you would put it under the <body>. Also <meta charset="utf-8"> and <title>Once Upon a Time</title> should be under <head>. And this code (<h1> {text-align: right; color: red) after </body> does not make sense. It seems like you were trying to code css, so you would need to put styling tags and if you open a tag you need to close it. It should look like this

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Once Upon a Time</title>
    <style>
        h1 {text-align:right; color:red}
    </style>
</head>
<body>
  <h1> Once Upon a Time</h1>
  </body>

also in your code you have <html></h1>once upon a time><h1> you need to open with <h1> and close with </h1> the "/" needs to be in the close not the opening
