This is example, point the domain to your shared hosting https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9518/32/how-to-setup-our-shared-hosting-nameservers-for-domains-registered-with-godaddy

31,009 PointsYou also have to go into your settings too for wordpress to set your domain be it http or https. I recommend https and get ssl cert because google weighs more https for search.

2,435 Pointsits ecowebhosting Its annojing as hell. I did bough two domains from godaddy , and assigned it to the host, twice, i mean, i have portfolio online.. and other website, but now.. i cant assign anything, and im wondering why is that, did they change something, or whats wrong with it , its super frustrating, iv been trying from like two weeks to do it .
I create a packege where they shoudl send me the information about the NSD server so i can paste it into my godaddy custome NSD or NS whtever is that named.
I jsut cant figure it out. I looked at the doc of godaddy, its not really helpful, as i know the stuff are written there and cant do it.

31,009 Pointsmight be file structure issue. You have to attach the domain to the wordpress folder. It's easier with cpanel. if not you gotta do it with commandline. You have to talk your webhost about that.
domain addon to
publichtml/wpsite/
so domain has to attach to the script and sql server. good luck mate.

3,885 PointsI think GoDaddy has one click wordpress installations. I'm almost sure they have a live-chat that will be able to have you all set-up.
