WordPress CRM Plugins - Good or Bad?

Hi all, been a while since I've posted on here but I'm looking for some advise.

I have a client who wishes to keep using WordPress for their website which I'm fine with but they want to setup a CRM system and have WP link to it. I figure the best option for this is probably one of the many CRM plugins that are available for WP.

My question is does anyone has any experience with WordPress CRM's and if so are they any good? Are there any security risks or any security plugins I should consider installing as well?

I would need to be able to add custom fields as their market is quite specialist and in an ideal world they want to be able to create support tickets / cases and assign them to staff members. This might require a second plugin that works along side the CRM.

Any advice or recommendations on this would be much appreciated.

Regards,
