wordpress cpt ui

so far i follow the steps on video and i use the CPT UI created a ART and i used the custom field created the art field for price , image and description and i made image to upload but some reason i didn't see my image . so i all over again by deleted my field and images because i done that i no longer can add any field .it's saying add new . so i am wondering do i start all over again for the third time or there other way i can add my previous field into the art . I NEED HELP LOL
