Wordpress blog page set-up not working

Hey, so, I'm following along to this video, and when I go to 'Customise', and then choose 'Home' for my posts page, I get an error saying that the posts page has to be different from my homepage. In the video, Zac sets both to 'Home' no problem. However, I had to set to my posts page to 'Blog' (the page I specifically created for the blog). I'm just wondering why it worked for him, and not me?
