Has anyone attempted to build a Node JS website that pulls it's content from wordpress via a json response and the wordpress API?
I'm kicking around the idea of a site that uses the backend of wordpress for the content management and creation, but relieving wordpress of it's front end duties and leaving that to node js to do.
There are non-wordpress features I'm interested in that node is far better at, such as the possibility of live chat, and live content update of other info, etc.
Anyone tried it?
