Treehouse Guest TeacherIt does not, but it's one I proposed to Zac Gordon so please let him know if that's something you want to learn. I'm eager to teach it after our son starts school in August.

Treehouse Guest TeacherThanks folks! Request heard :)

Treehouse Guest TeacherHi folks,
Since a lot of people are "upvoting" this request I want to share some information to help set expectations.
If we did a PSD to WordPress course it would just be PSD to WordPress and not PSD to Genesis specifically.
That said, at the time of this post, there are no immediate plans to act on this course. However, once we have the time and resources we may very much consider a PSD to WordPress style course.
Thanks :)

16,314 Points+1 For PSD to WordPress and specifically PSD to Genesis. The people want what the people want. Genesis is the starting point for a lot of us so tying it into a popular framework is more important to the majority then just a basic PSD to WordPress tutorial, of which 10,000 can be found on YouTube.
Less Java & Game development, more WordPress.

Treehouse Guest TeacherTreehouse has made the tactical decision to no longer make new WordPress courses, though they will continue to serve the ones up here. Zac is no longer with the company and I am no longer a guest instuctor, so please follow us on Twitter if you would like updates to WordPress learning under our own labels... we may combine forces some day, but for now, we are advisors to each other.

This course will either be the first or second one I do. Those that already follow me may have some idea what my next one will be. John Burkhard Jeremy Alger

2,366 PointsWhat is meant by PSD to Genesis? (or PSD to WordPress)?
I have a client giving me a design next week and I asked for it in Photoshop since that's what I'm familiar with. But I was going to create a custom theme (either from scratch or starting with a genesis child theme) based off of that design so that the site will be responsive and easy for her to add/change content in without any technical expertise. Is that different from what is meant by PSD to Genesis?
