why won't this pass the challenge

I think I have the right answer to this question, but it won't pass.

structs.swift
struct Person {
    let firstName: String
    let lastName: String
}
func fullName() -> String {
    return firstName + " " + lastName
}

The function should be a function of the struct. Also the challenge might want you to use string interpolation not concatenation. eg.

let var = "\(string1) \(string2)"

i tried that as well. but it still wont pass. keeps saying " Bummer! Make sure your function does not take any parameters and returns a String"

Is the function inside the struct?

struct Person {
  var foo: foo
  var bar: bar

  func someFunc() -> Bar {
    return "stuff"
  }
}

or is it outside the struct?

struct Person {
  var foo: foo
  var bar: bar
}

func someFunc() -> Bar {
  return "stuff"
}

[Edit, added code declaration]
