Why will it not let me drag the images into the workspace? It is not working in either IE or Chrome

I am working in Chrome and tried it in IE as well and it is not uploading the downloaded images to upload into the workspace.

Howdy Michael. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. I wrote up a guide not too long ago for a few people who were having similar issues. After reviewing the doc, they were able to identify what they were doing wrong. Please give it a look over at https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VgZX18apPtwCgZpcadcn9fcQJZ1AZ91RkoRva4M3a78/

If you're still having trouble after reviewing that doc, shoot us an email at help@teamtreehouse.com and we'll get to the bottom of it!

Try to donwload the project file underneath the video, then drag the images from the project file to the desktop, then inside the workspace, that should work!

Hope this helps!

Kind regards

Right but make sure you're also unzipping those project files after downloading them, otherwise you'll run into issues.

Yeah, but as he drags them out to the desktop he extracts the images from the zipped file,

but he can also unzip the whole file to avoid issues :)

Hmm, interesting. I just tested this on Windows 8.1 and dragging the zipped files onto my desktop definitely leaves the files compressed and results in a failed upload. Only seems to work after I've unzipped the folder.

Oh okey that can be correct,

I remembered that i also had this problem, and by extracting the images to the desktop then into the workspace worked for me, and im using windows 7.

I've seen that this is a common question on the forum..

That's correct and what I have been suggesting. :)
