On mdn we can read that same-origin policy helps to: "isolate potentially malicious documents, reducing possible attack vectors".
Okay, I understand. But Dave said that there are a few ways to 'circumvent' same-origin policy. So how does it ensure security since we can 'circumvent' it such easy?
