Why site isn't looking responsive on smart phones?

Hello guys,

Please visit the site I'm working on @ http://creditclosure.com

If you view the site on a smart phone it looks horrible and doesn't look responsive. It's built on the Porto WordPress theme which is responsive out of the box. I haven't adjusted anything or put any coding (that I'm aware of) that would make it look like it does. Any ideas?

I think it's because you added margins or paddings to ur elements. Let me know if you need help

The padding right and padding left is what causes the problem .vc_custom_1445065667417 { padding-right: 105px !important; padding-left: 105px !important; }
