231,268 PointsThe instructions say "Replace the ampersand and copyright symbol with an HTML character entity.", and it looks like you got the copyright symbol but still need to replace the ampersand (in "Design & Development").
And while it doesn't affect passing the challenge, melissamyra's advice is the correct syntax.
