Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 84,738 PointsI see that you're referencing the V column in '2017', in my spreadsheet I have the T column. We deleted a couple columns when we were cleaning up, so now my Official Time column is T.

My Official Time Column is S, so this worked for me:
=COUNTIFS('2017'!S2:S26411;">"&B6-B10;'2017'!S2:S26411;"<"&B6+B10)/B1
