Why is the wrong variable not returning a False value?

I can't seem to understand why wrong isn't returning a False value. What am I doing wrong?

booleans.py 
right = bool([1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9]
wrong = bool([])

Yeah works fine in shell but fails to execute through a script.

right it should be a value what is truthy, any number higher than 0, right = 3 or 1 or anything just not 0 wrong it should be falsy, wrong = 0, 0 value it's always false i hope this helps u out
