Why is my domain name say that it is pending?

I was signing up for my domain name. I was having troubles so log out and as I log back into view my domains. It says that it is pending. How do I get it to be active?

After 7 hours, you should have it by now. But it only takes about 20 minutes if you went through a good Registrar.
