Why doesn't this work?

I understood the lesson, but I cant seem to get this bit of code to work properly.

def suggest(product_idea):
    if product_idea < 3:
        raise ValueError("too little characters")
    return product_idea + "inator"

It's not the product idea itself you need to test, but the length of it.
