Why doesn't the Workspace drive to a preview page?

I'm working through the Intro to HTML and CSS, and we are prompted to work along with the steps in the https://teamtreehouse.com/workspaces/42255777. The instructor asks us to make our own version, and then " refresh to see the changes take place". But there is no way to do so from the workspace provided. It would be really helpful to get this practice-what are some solutions here? Am I missing something basic in the instructions?

It's not the workspace itself but the preview that you're being told to refresh. Open the preview by clicking on the workspace button that has the "eye" icon in it.
