why does the backtick keep acting as a comment

In the workspace when I was trying to do the multi-line list using the backtick (template literal), the html after my backtick (`) always turned black and when I previewed the code in the browser I couldn't see the list at all.

The syntax coloring in the workspace might still not be updated to show template strings correctly, but the behavior in the preview should work.

To facilitate a complete analysis, make a snapshot of your workspace and post the link to it here.

Aha, got it working now, thanks anyways. Yea the behaviour works properly i was just confused because of the colouring.

You might also want to report the syntax coloring issue as a bug to the Support staff.
