Showing that you have the knowledge in the subject is only a small part, the main part is taking the knowledge gained from a tutorial such as this one, and applying that knowledge to a project on your own.

Creating website navigation using unordered lists and list items and learning to format them properly via CSS are essential front-end web design skills.
