Why can't my code be compiled?

I do not truly understand what is wrong? Do I need to assign another constant with a value of "Hi there"? I tried that and it did not work. It would be greet if you could help!

strings.swift
// Enter your code below
let name = "Adrian"
let greeting = " \(Hi there), \(name)"

Hey Adrian,

You are on the right track, but you should not be trying to interpolate what is a hard-coded string ("Hi there"). Interpolation is meant for variables, like you have done for the one for name.

If you remove the backslash and parenthesis for hard-coded string, the code will pass.

let greeting = "Hi there, \(name)"

Keep Coding! :dizzy:
